Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

We currently ship orders to customers within the United States.
Estimated delivery time:

- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Total estimated delivery: approximately 6–13 business days

3. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.
If your package appears to be delayed, please contact us at support@velvixo.store and we will do our best to assist you.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you contact us before your order ships, we may be able to update the address.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@velvixo.store and provide photos of the package and product.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
